All subscriptions and service fees paid to EcomBuyer are non-refundable once activated, as service access is granted immediately.
If a duplicate payment is made due to a technical error, the excess amount will be refunded within 7 working days after verification.
No refund will be issued once the service or platform features have been accessed or used by the account holder.
